Colegio Arzobispo Fonseca, also known as the Fonseca Palace, is the venue for the QUIÉS Q'ANDEMOS event. For many years, the Salamanca tango community has been organizing milongas in the Salón de las Pinturas (Hall of Paintings), a luxurious room remodeled in the 18th century for contradanza dances, and which today preserves magnificent murals that cover all its walls.
No painters, carpenters, or locksmiths are allowed in the palace; only restorers authorized by the Heritage Department are permitted. We kindly ask attendees to take special care not to push their chairs too close to the walls of the Hall.
